Below you'll find links to view and/or download a past version of our community plan.  An updated plan is being developed but a modified version of the one prepared by Wolff-Lyon has been included here as a starting point.  The original modifications were made solely by Golden Run, LLC.  All design work and most of the text was prepared by Wolff-Lyon.  The 2013 plan will be substantially different from the modified Wolff-Lyon plan but many of the same themes and design approaches still will be used.
